This was a gift from a family member who does not know my son. Upon receiving it my husband was very impressed and excited about how realistic and cute it looked. I have not been impressed with the quality of the plastic, stickers constantly peeling off on their own from the humidity, it tipping over a lot and that it is an indoor only ride on (and roughly the size of a 16in bicycle with training wheels). The plastic definately could not hold up to rough use or regular outdoor use. We have had no issues with the electrical system, speed, reverse, horn etc. My son enjoys it, the battery seems to hold up well. It would be a great fit for someone who feels realistic is most important, a large indoor area and/or a child who doesn't think he is the next Evil Kinevil.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
