Kick Scooters: Razor USA warranties our kick scooter to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of six months from the date of purchase. If your scooter develops this problem during riding, remember that in all instances, application of the rear brake will immediately and effectively cut off the power to the motor and will stop the scooter. Come to a safe stop and, without releasing the brake, turn off the main power switch under the deck. We recommend that you do not ride the scooter if it is experiencing such a problem. Experience thus far ﾖ as well as tests we have run here since the problem was reported ﾖ seems to be indicating that if this problem does not crop up almost immediately, then that unit is probably fine and the problem is not likely to occur.
