Service and delivery comments:

Received the wrong item on first order. Took 2 phone calls to get item reordered. Reordered item sent was also the wrong product and was broken. Again I reordered after speaking with a customer service person who (this time) really LISTENED to me explain that the pictured item on the website was what I wanted, but not what I was receiving from their supplier. This customer service person put me on hold, called the supplier, verified that the product I needed was available, and reordered the item for me. The supplier guaranteed the product was correct and sent the item out that day. The whole process started on 12/26/2011 and today is 01/14/2012 and I am still waiting for the item, that I ordered and paid for, to be sent to me.

Comments about 6 Volt Battery:

I ordered the product that is pictured Megabatt FM640 but I received an Megabatt FM645. Item has been reordered but it took 2 calls to Customer Service to get someone who was willing to go the extra mile to contact the supplier and verify that the item shown is the item that will be sent on the reorder.
